Kim began her yoga journey in 2017. Struggling with anxiety for a decade, she instantly fell in love with the practice and felt at peace on and off her mat. Just a short while later she knew yoga was her future and signed up for the Raffa Yoga RYT 200 hr training and is now certified with Yoga Alliance. Kim believes yoga is for everyone and is eager to share its benefits and help others find their inner peace through the use of asana and breathe. Yoga is about the mind, body and soul. It’s not just a workout.

Yoga opened up a whole new world for Kim and she began to embrace the spiritual aspects of life as well as holistic health and wellness;  this brought her to Dr. Liu for acupuncture. Kim suffered from a wrist injury which required surgery in the summer of 2018. Physical therapy only helped her wrist so much, and so she turned to acupuncture. After just a few treatments, Kim immediately saw results and her wrist is now back to full health! Kim also utilizes acupuncture to help with her anxiety and sleep.

Class Description: This 60-minute non-vigorous floor-based class focuses on passive stretching and longer holds amplifying relaxation through the release of tension in the muscles, body and mind. This unique style of yoga promotes healthy joints, good digestion and clarity of mind.
