Dr. Liansheng Liu Gives an Academic Talk about "Acupuncture Treatment for Stroke Patients" at Kent Hospital Stroke Center
On Feb 24th 2016, Dr. Liu was invited to give a presentation on acupuncture treatment for stroke patients at Kent Hospital. The Stroke Center support group was grateful to have Dr. Liu and learned a lot about acupuncture remedy for stroke. Stroke patients were interested to learn about the alternative way to help stroke patients make their recovery from this serious condition.  One pleased patient said, "Dr. Liu, thank you so much for speaking at our Support Group today.  We were delighted to hear your presentation and learn more about acupuncture for a stroke patient. You brought an option to patients who had no idea this was available to them and that it may help them through their journey."

On April 29th 2016, Community College of Rhode Island (CCRI) hosted a Public Safety Wellness Day for Police, Firefighters, EMS and Correction Officers state-wide. Dr. Liansheng Liu was invited to demonstrate the benefits of acupuncture to the large crowd of enthusiastic state personnel. Everyone invited to the Public Safety Wellness Day enjoyed the acupuncture treatments!

In 2016, Kent Hospital held their Care New England Employee Health week. Having heard about the success of Dr. Liu's expression and treatment at other hospitals, the hospital staff were excited to have this presentation. The event generated a lot of passion from the hospital staff about acupuncture treatment, and many of the employees wanted to try the treatment out for themselves. There was a big turnout and was a huge success!

In 2016, Woman and Infants held their Care New England Employee Health week.  Dr. Liu was invited for his third consecutive year to host an expression and acupuncture treatment! This time was even more popular than the previous two years as it was overflowing with employees. Everybody wanted to try out the treatments, and there were countless questions about the benefits and details of insurance coverage for continued no-drug medical remedy.

In 2016, Butler Hospital hosted a Care New England Employee Health week, and Dr. Liu was invited to speak about acupuncture treatments for a variety of medical conditions. This year was an accomplishment with another long line of employees hoping to try out the treatment. The treatment and expression were so popular that Dr. Liu was treating employees from the beginning to the end! Employees of Butler Hospital cannot wait for next year's exhibit!

In 2015, Women and Infants Hospital had their Care New England Employee Health week.  For the second year, Dr. Liu was re-invited to provide acupuncture treatments and expression for the hospital staff. This year was very busy and was once again a huge success with employees! Most of the staff wanted to know more information regarding employee benefits and acupuncture treatments. There was also a long line of employees trying treatments for themselves.

In May 2014, Women & Infants Hospital had their annual Care New England Employee Health Week. For his first year opening his own acupuncture practice and as a former employee at the hospital, Dr. Liu was invited to speak about acupuncture treatments for various medical conditions. Known to be a popular and upcoming treatment method, this presentation generated a lot of interest of the hospital staff. His treatment was very popular and employees had many questions about treatments, and even wanted to try it out themselves!
